Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy

Over the past 20 years working in therapeutic settings, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of inner exploration. When we approach our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion, deep, often hidden material emerges. Ignoring or disconnecting from what surfaces can lead to greater suffering. Instead, when we learn to be present with our feelings and ourselves, we tap into our innate capacity to hold and process even the most challenging experiences. This integration is crucial—not only for emotional healing but also for personal growth.

I share the belief with many of my predecessors that integration of a psychedelic journey is paramount. Much like early emotional development, which relies on the presence, validation, and mirroring of a caregiver, psychedelic experiences require similar support to help make sense of and incorporate what emerged during the journey. Without conscious and careful integration, the profound insights gained during a psychedelic journey can remain disconnected from our daily lives, limiting their long-term benefit.

I have created a comprehensive support package that emphasizes ongoing integration. My commitment is to provide the structure, guidance, and emotional presence necessary to help you process and integrate your psychedelic experiences in a grounded and meaningful way.

In Oregon, psilocybin-assisted therapy (PAT), is available in licensed Service Centers, under the Oregon Health Authority Rules. If you are interested in learning more about PAT, and are 21 or older, please contact me by email. I am available to book sessions in Portland at Immersive, and at PNW Integrative Center.

What is included in PAT?

  • An online questionnaire where you identify your intentions for PAT, and share some social and medical history

  • Introduction and Initial Assessment on Zoom (30 minutes)

  • Preparation session, in person or Zoom (60-90 minutes)

  • Dosing day (4-8 hours)

  • Integration session, in person or Zoom (60-90 minutes)

The total cost for my facilitation services which includes two preparation and two integration sessions is $1,800.

*Additionally, room rental fee ($400-$600) and mushrooms (usually about $200) are purchased directly from the center, and are paid in cash on the day of dosing.

Through my social equity plan, I offer a few PAT sessions at $1,000 (preparation, dosing, and integration) per year. Veterans, students, single parents, and community members who have marginalized identities, are prioritized for low fee sessions, but I will consider others.

The following Oregon Health Authority documents are part of the required paperwork for PAT, included are your rights, and what you consent to with this type of therapy. You will get all current forms emailed to you from the service center once you reserve your room.
